Growing Up the CGI Ministry
CGI Regional Ambassadors
CGI has broken down its operations across 4 main regions of Africa. North, West, East and South Saharan Africa. Each region has been assigned a Regional Ambassador who is tasked with the responsibility of building up and encouraging the National Directors and their teams belonging to the nations identified with9n his region.
We’re honoured to be a part of sowing seeds across so many different countries in Africa.
As CGI is invited to build teams in each new nation, our first step, once a national Director has been identified, is to begin to build his leadership team. Every nation is broken down into regions. Each region is provided with a Regional Co-ordinator. The National Director communicates with his co-ordinators using a Whats Community page.
Once Regional Co-ordinators have been identified, they in turn create their own Whatsapp Community page to invite pastors in their region to join with them to share the Lords heart among the pastors of the region.
CGI has developed a ministry information Booklet for leaders so that they can be clear as to the steps required to ensure strong ministry development within each nation.
National Directors
CGI National Directors are responsible to assemble ministry teams of Pastors in their respective nation by raising up Regional Coordinators who will be responsibile to oversee the creation of Connect Groups of Pastors within the numerous districts within their region of responsibility.

CGI International Ambassadors by Region
Dr Eugene SIBOMANA is married TO Donavine NTAHONDEREYE . They have five children. He was baptized in 1991 and grew up in a Christian Family In 1999 he was ordained as Pastor and was appointed as National Chairman of the Pastoral Council. He served there 3 years. In 2006 He founded the International Revival Church of Liberty, now Grace Communion International. Dr Eugene is the Author of two books on Leadership und Administration including Revival and National Restoration. Dr Eugene Speaks English, French, Swahili, Kinyarwanda and Kirundi. He is a professional teacher teaching on Management, Leadership and Development in various universities of Burundi and the EA Region Universities. He has led many Transformational, Entrepreneurship and Organizational Leadership conferences in Kenya. Uganda, Rwanda, Ethiopia and DR Congo where he helped NGO’s and Church Ieaders. Dr Eugene holds a Certificate of Diplomacy and International Studies from the Global Revival Network University- (USA). He holds a Master of Public Administration from the Global Revival Network University- (USA). He holds a Doctorate of Organizational Leadership from the Global Revival Network University (USA).
Bishop Mulinzi Fred
AMBASSADOR
EAST AND CENTRAL AFRICA REGION
Bishop Fred Mulinzi was saved on Dec 23rd 1983. I attended New life advanced bible college between 2015 - 2018 where I received a Diploma in Ministry. I Served as an usher, singer, interpreter, administrator and assistant pastor overseeing 60 branch churches until October 1994 when Bishop Sam Muhumuza invited me to join him to begin Revival Explosion Ministry where I served as Assistant Pastor and administrator. I was in charge of over 70 branch churches. I was in charge of our Union World Conferences with the attendance of 800 to 1000 participants. We held conferences from 1998 up to 2013. I have been responsible to disciple many who have eventually became pastors who are now pastoring among the 70 branch churches that I was responsible for. In early 2013, I lead a delegation of 10 pastors to South Korea for a sturdy tour. That same year 2013, I hosted a team of 50 Koreans for a one week conference. In 2013 we launched Glorious Explosion Ministries where I am serving today as an executive director and a Lead pastor. In 2026 I was called to serve as Ambassador for CGI ministries.
