Pastor Joyce was the first Broadcaster to join with CGI ministry and her enthusiasm brought the necessary encouragement to Pastor Ron to begin to consider using the media all across Africa as the primary method of sharing the CGI message.
Pastor Joyce meets with her own Connect group of Pastors each month and is continually sharing new ideas to help broaden the reach of this ministry.
It is because of the heart of leaders just like pastor Joyce that we remain confident that it is the Lord who is leading the way forward.
The leadership of CGI are committed to meeting on Friday of each week for a prayer time together. We spend time in the presence of the Lord sharinge the good things that He is doing in our ministries and we share the things that we are looking forward to. Then we each pray for guidance from the Lord that He will continue to go ahead of us to show us that way forward. One of the sayings that we have adopted is that God provides everything while it is our responsibility to partner with him and as well always to remember, ‘even the vision belongs to the Lord’.

Pastor Rita has long been the leader of one of CGI’s most successful Connect groups.
After over 3 years of serving together, we agreed that she ought to transition to become the National Director for Uganda because it was clear that this was a calling upon her life.
Pastor Rita has a wonderful passion to serve the Lord and along with the Uganda Broadcasters in her team, we have a strong foundation uponwhich to build the CGI ministry in Uganda.
The wise counsel she brings to this ministry is a blessing to all whgo know her and trust her a woman of integrity and strong leadership.

Pastor Moses, Broadcaster
Pastor Moses is a passionate man of God who has been serving the Lord as pastor and as Broadcaster in the Msindi area of Uganda for many years.
Pastor Moses also leads his own Connect Group of pastors and is continually reaching out to others beyond his own borders to share the vision of CGI We know that through his leadership, the ‘Heart to Heart’ message will soon be broadcast into many more countries throughout the continent.
Pastor Moses is a wonderful servant of God who brings great strength and clarity to this ministry and we are so blessed to have as a part of the CGI Leadership team.
